With a rapidly expanding product line, Zylo needed a Shopify storefront that could keep pace with its growth and guide customers confidently from discovery to purchase.

The Challenge

Zylo's product catalog had grown quickly — a great problem to have, but one that created real UX challenges. With over a dozen SKUs across different wellness goals, the store was creating decision fatigue for new visitors. Customers who arrived curious about functional mushrooms often left without buying because they didn't know which product was right for them.

Collection pages had high bounce rates, and the default cart wasn't built to support the subscription and bundling logic that Zylo's business model required.

The Solution

We restructured the site architecture to make product discovery intuitive, grouping SKUs by wellness goal and adding clear educational content at each decision point.

A custom Shopify theme was built to reflect Zylo's premium positioning, with refined typography, high-impact product photography layouts, and a fast, clean mobile experience.  Bounce rates on Zylo's collection pages dropped by 41% in the first 90 days post-launch. Collection-page conversions increased 3.2x, and average order value grew by $18 — driven by the new cart drawer's upsell and bundle prompts.
